Check out Part 3 of the #selfwateringchallenge! Over the first two months Mat from Little Veggie Patch Co produced micro herbs for Taxi Dining Room. However now he almost has too much produce, and has started creating cheeky, late summer cocktails to use the remaining crop. Our resident gardening guru Lloyd  saw real progress with summer sun and a mulching regime. Now with a new sun position for the planter, the family has picked some basil and made pesto and fresh pasta to enjoy!
